Engineering

Private Civil engineering represents one of CPJ’s core services. Our extensive expertise in site development planning and engineering allows us to coordinate across multiple disciplines to produce innovative designs that exceed expectations for our builder and developer clients. Our Residential and Commercial specialists focus on projects ranging from a single lot to large scale mixed use developments. CPJ personnel work closely together with other consultants (Architects, M.E.P., etc.) to coordinate the various design components associated with commercial and residential projects. In addition, our technical expertise allows us to confidently assess any situation and make a reliable recommendation as to how to proceed. Office technology such as our computer-aided drafting and design (CADD) system and our geographic information system (GIS) allow us to remain ahead of the technology curve and maintain high productivity. The staff works closely with our clients to keep them and all other stakeholders informed of job progress and to stay in touch with their needs. CPJ has a great deal of experience working for private sector clients to meet their civil engineering needs.
